What’s included in the free consultation?

Your free consultation is a 20-minute call to talk through where you are, what’s ahead, and how Merrimac can support your planning process. No pressure — just an opportunity for you to ask whatever questions you may have.

What happens after the consultation?

After we chat, you’ll receive a summary email outlining the services that best fit your needs, plus a link to book your package if you’re ready to move forward.

What’s the difference between Day-of and Month-of Consulting?

Day-Of coordination begins about 2 weeks before your wedding and focuses on executing the final plan you've already created. I’ll confirm vendors, manage your timeline, lead your rehearsal, and handle every detail on the wedding day — so you don’t have to.

Month-Of coordination starts 2 months before your wedding and includes everything in Day-Of, plus added support as you finalize plans. I’ll step in earlier to help organize details, catch anything that’s missing, and make sure everything is on track before the big day. You still plan — I help you polish, prep, and pull it all together.

What if I already have a coordinator?

That’s great! I work with many couples who want help organizing their plans before handing things off. My consulting package complements— not competes with — your coordinator. I will even have a call with your month-of coordinator to hand off your plans when it is time for them to take over.

How soon will I hear from you?

I typically respond to messages within 24 hours. If it is the weekend or I am on vacation, it may be up to 72 hours.
